Forget all sauces, eat tzatziki!


A tasty, juicy summer (and winter, why not?) sauce, tzatziki is a delicious and uber-easy-to0make alternative if you want to eat something healthy along with your meat or vegetables.

What you’ll need:

  • Greek strained yogurt (2 cups) – I use Total 0%
  • A teaspoon of balsamico
  • 1 small garlic clove (shredded)
  • Quarter of a cucumber
  • A pinch of dill (optional)
  • Olive oil (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (half a teaspoon)
